Kaleidoscope

  📸 This was our last week of school internship phase 1. We were busy with our Remedial teaching👩🏻‍🏫. We took part at gardening.🌱🌱 We provided Physical Education classes to the students🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️. We made the students visit the Library.📒🗞️ We gave sweets to all of our teachers and students since we were yet to complete the Phase 1🤩. Thus we successfully completed the lessons plans and all other works. It was really great experience for all of us. 🥰📸

  Activity  No.5 -  Awareness class We conducted an awareness class about the bad impacts of drugs to the students of class 9th. We felt the need of the class and we are sure that it become useful to those adolescent students.👧🏻🧒🏻  Many of them share their experience with us. Later we ask them to take an oath to say no to drugs.🫲 We made the session more engaged by asking them to point out  suggestions📃 which can protect the youth from the hands of drugs.🍺🍻

  We conducted a lot of activities during this week. At first we joined gardening. We provided Physical Education classes to some of the students. Later we conducted Diagnostic test for the students. We provided Remedial teaching also. We got the opportunity to conduct Pre Model exam for the students belonging to Standard 10.  Most of us finished our portions.

  Activity No. 4 🏝️We conducted a quiz competition to promote the awareness of students about the importance of wetland conservation.🏞️ The competition was conducted in the 8th class. All students were actively participated in the quiz programme. 🏞️Different sessions were arranged. Inbetween we provide rare facts and information about wetlands🏝️ to the students.  Adithyan, Vasudev and Nandha Kishor secured the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd position respectively. We wind up the programme with prize distribution to the winners.🥇🥈🥉

  During this week we conducted different activities. Conscientization was given during this week. We conducted awareness classes on Constitutional Rights and Environmental Studies. The session grabbed the attention of any students . The Physical Education's observation session was conducted by our Prof.Karthikeyan sir. We were able to give training to our students. We conducted the classes based on Models of Teaching. Later Achievement tests were also conducted by us for the students belonging to the different classes. We conducted a quiz regarding Martyr's day. By finding out the sociometry, we analysed the interaction between students in each classes.

As part of our curriculum, we conducted sociometry in our college as well as in our concerned internship schools to find out the star, isolate and clique. It was an interesting task to collect the datas and sort it to find out the most social person. Everyone become curious to know the star and cliques rather than isolate. In our college, sociometry was conducted by our Nisha Miss, as a model for us to conduct in schools. Teacher revealed that vishnu, our chairman is the star among us. 

As a part of the BEd curriculum, we had to conduct a conscientization program for helping us to understand how a teacher can play the role of a changemaker. The topic we chose to spread awareness about the topics "rights of citizen"⚖️ and  🌿"environment education"🌿. We conducted the program in ninth grade in Govt Higher Secondary School, Oachira. On February 1, 2023, we conducted the program with the permission of the school principal. We have divided the portions into seven parts for making the class organised and to provide equal chance to each teacher trainee. For the effective delivery of the content, we prepared PowerPoint slides and drew a flow chart of Blackboard for students' better understanding. We tried our best to make the class more interactive and beneficial.
