Kaleidoscope

28 January 2023 As part of our paper Edu 12, Nisha miss conducted a group activity to talk about different life skills. We become groups on the basis of internship schools. We discussed about important life skills like social interaction skill, stress management, decision making, creativity, critical thinking, effective communication, self awareness etc. 

  The week helped us in gaining some novel experiences .We were able to move towards our last lesson plans. We joined certain programmes associated with the school. We participated at gardening. Later we joined mid day meal scheme. As part of our activities, we made a vegetable garden. We enjoyed planting seeds and plants. We took students to the library made them learn different genres. We gave them classes related with Physical Education also.  

Activity No. 3 Growing our own vegetables is both fun and rewarding.🌱🌱 So, we decided to make a vegetable garden🍍🍆 in the school compound.🍅🥬 With the help of students, we made the soil apt for cultivation. 🥦🍓We remove the weeds and build boundaries for different crops. 🍄🍄. We opt ladies finger, spinach, chilly, tomato and brinjal. 🍈🍈🍁 🌾It was a nice experience to spend time with our students to create something 🍐🍅fruitful. 🧒🏻👧🏻 We had to found extra time for the maintaining of the garden as we are busy with our portions🌿🌱. The tender leaves made all our hardships into happiness.🌾

  We were having observations on the last week. The Principal asked us to take care of the plants that were planted as part of the 130 th anniversary of the school. We started conducting Peer Observations. The Observations of Mathematics and Social Science was completed by our concerned teachers  The NSS unit of Higher Secondary conducted an exhibition," Chayam", of the pictures drawn by the students. It was a nice experience for us. We took part in Mid -day meal scheme. On Friday the school conducted a PTA meeting for the U P section. We joined the meeting.

  Activity No. 2 Our school🏫 was at the last minute of maintenance work when we arrived there.🗃️🗃️ We helped the teachers to arrange the infrastructure back to the position.🪑🪑 Then we assign a duty to differentiate the books📖📖according to the genre.📚🗞️ It includes novels, journals, poetry, biography, subject reference, magazines, science fiction etc.📜 The task was easy to complete with the cooperation of colleagues.🗂️🗂️ We also prepared some craft works to make the room more attractive. 📋🖋️

Week 5 - January 15, 2023  This week was really auspicious. We conducted class according to the. Lesson plans for the first three days. We enjoyed gardening,arranging library, conducting Physical education classes etc. We joined the counselling classes too. On 12 and 13 th of January the school has organised a programme on its 130 th anniversary. We were so blessed to become the part of the programme since the programme was inaugurated by the Education Minister, Sri Sivan Kutty. Several political leaders including the MLA C R Mahesh took part in the function. The ministers conducted inauguration of the new building for Higher Secondary as well as a statue and a Seminar hall. The speech had thrown light into the existing system of education system as well as how it is getting evolved across the time. This has paved a great exposure to our aspiration of becoming teachers.we were able to witness the programme conducted by our little children. Everyone was enticed by their cultural activit

Our school celebrated it's 130th anniversary on 13th January 2023. 🪅It was an amazing experience. The function parade was started with a procession.🪁 Then conducted the prize distribution and other cultural programmes.🥇🥈🥉 We got opportunity to met our education minister V. Sivankutty sir and other political dignitaries. 🪩Later there was a caricature show by famous actor Jayaraj Warrior and music composition to spice up the event.🎼🎶

  The school has reopened on 3 rd January. since it is the beginning of a new year, every faces that we came across has the hope of a new dawn. The day began with a morning assembly.The assembly was organised by us.The principal addressed every students and showered the blessing for a new journey. As the week started we moved to the busy schedule of conducting classes as well as taking every works related with the functioning of the school. On the 4 th day of January, we engaged in gardening which has turned to be a wonderful treat to our eyes.. School counsellor conducted an awareness programme for girls on Menstrual hygiene. We took part in the programme. On the 5 th day of January, we helped teachers in organising the library which was abundant with books belonging to different genres. Special class was conducted on Saturday. Our concerned teachers visited us for conducting observation. After that I started the week with taking lessons according to the lesson plans since there exams

  Activity No.1 🕙we conducted an assembly today. Since it was the beginning of a new year, a long assembly was arranged.🎆 We lined the students in the right order.👧🏻🧒🏻 We taught students from class X to conduct different programmes like prayer, pledge, thought, news, quiz, poem recitation and speech. 🎤🎤 We assigned the students the respective duties beforehand. We took part in prayer.🎶🎶 Later the Principal made a speech addressing the thoughts related with new year. All the students were actively attended the assembly. It was a novel experience.We felt satisfied after conducting the assembly in a disciplined manner. Moreover it helped us in recollecting our memories. Teachers appreciated us for the effort.
