Kaleidoscope

  We celebrated this Christmas with immense joy and pleasure by conducting healthy competitions. Jyothi miss and Nisha miss were the incharges of the programme. They divide the whole students into four groups named Ruby, Emerald, Topaz and sapphire. Each group consists of 25 students. I belonged to the group 'Ruby'. Pushpalatha ma'am took charge of our group. Christmas card making, Christmas carol and room decoration were the main competitions. This Christmas was made more cheerful by taking christmas friends through a lot with teachers and staff. The celebration started with the valuable speeches delivered by teachers. The competitions started with the cutting of a delicious cake. The spirit seems to emerge after the carol competition starts. Later, teachers allowed time for room decoration. Each group decorated their rooms colorfully and astonishingly. The rooms became attractive with a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, crib, jingle bells, still models, paper crafts,

  Our JBMCTE campus was gleamed on 15th December 2021, with magnificent and stimulating fresher's day celebrations. Seniors conducted a fabulous fresher's day for us. All of us were curiously waited for the cunning tasks. The programme started at 12:30PM. We were arranged in the hall and started the function with teachers and staff. Our seniors planned a grand welcome for us to foster friendship and understanding by bridging the communication gap amongst ourselves.  The programme was cheered up with foot- thumping DJ music on the dance floor. They engaged us in a number of activities starting from skit to many amusing tasks like ramp walking, acting, dance, funny games etc.. in a unique way.  The whole stage is filled with high enthusiasm and energy.  After which the floor was left open for everyone to let  themselves enjoy the rhythm of DJ music.                     " Fresher's Day 2021"

 Apart from our academic section, we started to experience the artistic beauty of creative works. We were divided into three areas of SUPW. They are craft, embroidery and soap making. Jyothi miss, Nisha miss and Pushpalatha miss were the concerned teachers respectively. I was put on craft making. Our group consisted of seventeen students. Everyday, the last hour of the class was reserved for SUPW. Jyothi ma'am made the work easier and comfortable. Teacher gave us proper guidance about the task that we had to do and helped to complete it. Along with class activities, the teacher created a whatsapp group to make more clarity about a variety of craft works through videos and pictures. We started the journey with paper bag making. With the difference of folding and pasting, every bag becomes unique. Then we created crafts using ice cream sticks. Pencil stands, wall hangings and decorative items were most of us done with it.   My experience of the first day at college are still fresh in my memory. It was my dreamland to cherish my dreams and seems impossible to erase those sweet memories. It was a blend of joy, excitement, fear and surprise. I entered the college premise with new hopes and aspirations. As I got allotted to the college in the spot admission, I had missed the same first day, experienced by my friends. But it was an awesome day for me. After the break of three years, I again witnessed an assembly. It was something special and was presented by boys. The assembly was a mind refreshing one with prayer, pledge, thought, news, speech and quiz. It also excited the whole stage by having a task for the audience.  I was glad to see that the college presented a new sight. However I am little worried about how to make good collaboration with my friends. But astonishingly, they makes me comfortable and provides a free atmosphere. Also they cleared my mess about the works and projects given by teachers. L
